Customer Service Policy

Style and Substance is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products.  We endeavor to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. For orders to be delivered within Australia we offer two shipping options; Priority Shipping which offers guaranteed dispatch on orders received before 1pm (EDST) and Standard Shipping which allows orders to be shipped 2-3 days dispatch.

Orders to be sent overseas will be shipped via International Registered Post (which you can track via your local online postal service) and will generally take about 10-21 working days to arrive; the cost of shipping is $AU60.00 for shipping to the Northern Hemisphere and $AU35.00 for shipping to New Zealand and Oceania region.

In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfill your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund for that particular item.

Placing An Order

When you're finished shopping, click "Checkout" from the "My Bag" page to place your order. All of the items in your shopping bag appear in your order during checkout. If you don't want to order all of the items, simply edit your shopping bag before proceeding to checkout. During checkout, you will be asked to provide:

• Your e-mail address and password, for security purposes.
• Your credit card billing address.
• The address you want to ship to.
• Your preferred shipping method
• Any promotional codes you have received.
• Your credit card type, 16 digit card number, 3 or 4-digit CV2 number and expiration date.

Changing An Order

The "final review" page lists your order information and gives you a last chance to make any changes. Your order will not be placed and your credit card will not be charged if you do not click "submit order."

Confirming An Order

When you enter your credit card information and click "submit order" on the final review page, we'll give you an order confirmation number. You will also receive an e-mail confirming that your order has been received. We will send you another e-mail to notify you when your order has been shipped and that we've charged your credit card.

Canceling An Order

If you'd like to cancel or change your order, please call +61 2 8709 8041 as soon as possible. We'll do everything we can to accommodate your request. But please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on the way quickly and efficiently. Our purchase cut-off time is 1pm EDST (Monday-Friday); i.e., all orders to be shipped on that day must be placed by 1pm EDST (Monday-Friday) or they will be shipped the following day. Note that we cannot change or cancel an order once it has entered the shipping process.

Multiple Shipping Addresses

At this time you can only ship to one address each time you checkout. If you are shopping for people at different addresses, you will need to place each order separately.

Style and Substance accepts the following types of payment:

• Visa (Credit or Debit Card)
• PayPal
• Electronic Bank Transfer

PayPal E-Check Orders

If you are paying with e-check and ordering expedited shipping, please be aware that your order will be shipped only after the payment has been cleared. This may take up to 7 calendar days.

International Orders

Style and Substance is passionate about customers supporting their local suppliers, however we understand that from time to time we may carry an item in stock that is not found anywhere else. In this instance, it is no problem to send orders overseas, however the order would need to be processed manually as we are required to deduct Goods and Services Tax (GST) from the price of the goods being sold (which can be calculated by dividing the listed price of the garment by 1.10).

Orders to be sent overseas will be shipped via International Registered Post (which you can track via your local online postal service) and will generally take about 10-21 working days to arrive; the cost of shipping is $AU60.00 for shipping to the Northern Hemisphere and $AU35.00 for shipping to New Zealand and Oceania region.

Promo Codes And How To Use Them

Occasionally when you receive a special offer for purchases at Style and Substance, you will also receive a promotional code to use. This code lets us know that the special offer should be applied to your order.

Using the code is easy. Just shop as you normally would. When you are ready to purchase, on the "My Bag" page, remember to enter your promotional code in the space provided in the "Discount Codes" section of the page. Once you have entered the promotional code and pressed "Apply Coupon", you will see a message confirming that the promotional code has been applied to your order. If there is any problem with the promotional code you've entered, there will be an error message to let you know how to correct the problem before you can continue to check out.

When You are Charged

If you pay for your order with a credit card on the web site, your credit card will be charged immediately. We use ANZ e-gate payment facility which means that your credit card details are not stored on our website or office systems at any time.

If you pay for your order with a Style and Substance Gift Certificate or Gift eCard, we will process your Gift Certificate or Gift eCard as soon as you place your order. In this case, if you choose to cancel an item that is "on order," we refund the Gift Certificate or Gift eCard to cover the cost of the item including any applicable taxes and promotions.
